Upon Arrival...
When you arrive at Grand Oaks Golf Club, your carts will be carefully staged with each player's name clearly displayed on the cart labels. The cart will also hole the player's scorecards, rule sheets, etc. Our Prodessional staff will assist your players in locating their assigned golf cars, load their golf bags onto the appropriate golf car and inform each participant of the day's events. The Registration process will also be handled with skirted tables and any supplies needed. Our staff will provide pairing sheets and alphabetical player listing to assist the event staff. |

The Event
Our practice facility will be set-up with complimentary range balls. Our Staff will monitor warm-up and registration to ensure that the event begins on time. During the Event: Our Staff will monitor pace of play and make sure everyone is on time. We will provide 2 beverage carts and any additional beverage services to make sure everyone has a great time. The courtesy Marshals will help the golfers enjoy their round by answering questions and helping golfers with any special needs. At the conclusion of play, The Professional Staff will score your event and provide assistance the tournament staff. |
