Credit card will be required for weekend tee-times over the phone (if provided over the phone we will not run your card until you arrive). Please provide us with your email address so that we may limit physical interaction and easily send you receipts or confirmations. Due to high volume of calls, you may have to work your way through the list which includes our remote office line that will be providing assistance at this time.
Check-in (Mask Required),Pre-Pay or Provide Credit Card Before Arrival. You are more than welcome to check-in and pay at arrival, pre-pay to limit contact or provide credit card over the phone so that you can call in and check-in at arrival.
Bring Appropriate Safety Items. For your safety and the safety of our valued employees, the clubhouse restrooms will be dedicated to our staff until we are able to safely and properly provide them to larger amounts of golfing customers. Two portable restrooms are available at arrival. Two additional restrooms are located on the course, the first available restroom will be located on Hole #3. Please consider bringing items from home that will make you feel safe during your time with us. For example: gloves, masks, kleenex, wipes, disinfectant spray etc. Although we will be diligently cleaning and spraying our own chemicals to rid public areas of COVID-19, YOU can also make a difference!
After Check-In You Can Locate a Cart and Head to #1 (Walkers Head Straight Through). Be sure to grab your key! During busier times be sure to listen to announcements from the Pro-Shop or check-in with Outside Staff at the first tee. Please do not leave your cart in the parking lot when you are done for the safety of our staff. Please return your cart to the cart barn when you are finished with your round.
All Receipts Will Be Sent VIA Email on Request. If you did not get a receipt and would like one, please text your info and time of check-in to our remote office, 469-616-0130.

Additional Helpful Information
Concessions will be available as often as possible. Please stay over 6ft away from any personnel providing services and keep away from their cart. If a beverage cart is not available you may call the Clubhouse to have them prepare a pick up order for you. You must pay with Credit Card over the phone.
Grand Oaks has made the decision to continue the use of face coverings / mask as a part of a set of precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 when entering the Pro Shop during check-in. We ask that you also wear a mask when entering the east side of building into the 19th Hole, until you are seated.
Our employees will also continue to wear their masks during your time at our business.

Portable Restrooms and Golf Course Restrooms will be designated for all golfing customers. Inside restrooms will remain locked to the public and designated for employees until we are able to properly and safely provide them for the larger amounts of customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will work towards a better way in the future as we progress through this new normal!
- 2 Riders per cart are currently allowed.
- Effective July 1st, any person requesting a single rider cart will be charged an additional $15.00 cart fee.
- We will continue to enforce the 4 golfers per group maximum, no five-somes!
