Must Pre-Pay or Provide Credit Card Before Arrival. No CASH will be accepted. Additional items can be added through booking process online (balls, beverages and snacks).
Bring Appropriate Safety Items and Use the Restroom Before You Leave Your Home. For your safety and the safety of our valued employees, the clubhouse will remain locked. The first available restroom will be located on Hole #3. Please consider using the restroom before you arrive. Also consider bringing things from home that will make you feel safe during your time with us. For example: gloves, masks, kleenex, wipes, disinfectant spray etc. Although we will be diligently cleaning and spraying our own chemicals to rid public areas of COVID-19, YOU can also make a difference!
Use Our Outside Kiosk to Check-In at Arrival. The kiosk is located under our clubhouse patio next to the chipping green. You can find your reservation code in the email that you received after booking on our website. If you booked through a third party (GolfNow) you can text 469-616-0130 for this info before you arrive.
After Check-In You Can Locate a Cart and Head to #1 (Walkers Head Straight Through). Carts will already have a key in them. At this time we are only allowing one person per cart. During busier times be sure to listen to announcements from the Pro-Shop or check-in with Outside Staff at the first tee. Please do not leave your cart in the parking lot when you are done for the safety of our staff. Please return your cart to the cart barn when you are finished with your round.
All Receipts Will Be Sent VIA Email on Request. If you did not get a receipt and would like one, please text your info and time of check-in to our remote office, 469-616-0130.

We are experiencing a high volume of calls, please move your way down the list if you are unable reach us. We also recommend that you book your tee-time online if possible before trying to call.
Additional Helpful Information
Concessions will be available as often as possible. Please stay over 6ft away from any personnel providing services and keep away from their cart. If a beverage cart is not available you may call the Clubhouse to have them prepare a pick up order for you. You must pay with Credit Card over the phone.
To make your check-in process as painless as possible we suggest having one person pay for the entire group and then having the individuals in the group pay that person back. A lot of customers use Venmo and it has been working nicely.
- Have the rest of the group call in to provide their info and payment info before arriving.
- Email a list of your group (include their names and emails) to email@example.com. From here we can send an account registration email to the entire group and you will be able to log in to your account and enter your own payment information.
When calling in to pre-pay please do not ALL call at the same time and use different ways to call in on our contact list.
